The members of MacDowell Music club promote musical excellence in the community of Rock County, WI. Membership is open to all music appreciators—no need to play an instrument or perform! If you love music, we would love to have you join.

|Receive the September, January, and March Newsletters, which contain more detailed information about upcoming events, announcements regarding student scholarships, and more.|
|Receive a yearbook every September, which has a directory of members, chairpersons, and club officers, as well as a yearly calendar of both MacDowell and select community music events.|
|MacDowell hosts several concerts throughout the year that give members and their students opportunities to perform. These concerts are usually held at the Woman's Club Building.|
|Members of the MacDowell Music Club receive a discount on renting the Woman's club building for personal events.|
|MacDowell Music Club members will receive reminders and explanations about upcoming scholarships in the newsletter.|
|Joining the MacDowell board or a committee is a great way for individuals to have a positive impact on the lives of music appreciators in the community of Rock County. Board meetings are open to all members.|
|Many opportunities are offered to be involved in the community of Rock County while helping the club promote excellence in music. Help facilitate the annual NFMC's Junior Music Festival, sell pecans to raise money for scholarships, or join with other clubs in caring for the historic Woman's Club Building.|

Fill out the new member form and enclose the check for the membership dues. Mail the form and check to the MacDowell Treasurer. The MacDowell president will direct you where to send the membership form and check.
When the Treasurer receives your check and form, you will then receive the most recent yearbook and newsletter.

Membership dues go towards maintenance of the piano and facilities at the Woman's Club building, Wisconsin Federation of Music Club dues, yearbook and newsletter production, support of community music groups, scholarships, and other expenses.
The membership year is June through May.
Memberships should be renewed in May. Be sure to turn your dues in on time so the people in charge of yearbook production have ample time to prepare the next season's directory. Be on the lookout for a reminder in the March newsletter.
